Rice milling machine is mainly used for processing paddy rice and parboiled rice in rice milling line.

① Cleaning Part:

Vibrating screen and destoner for removing the stone and large impurities.

② Hulling machine for removing the rice husk. 

③ Gravity paddy separator is used for separting the husk and brown rice 

④ Peeling Part:

Rice milling machine for removing the oil bran on brown rice.

⑤ White rice polishing part:water mist polisher and iron polisher mainly used for make the rice brightly.

⑥ White rice grading: to grading the rice into four part: whole rice, generally rice, big broken rice and small broken rice

⑦ Color sorter, select the broken rice, black rice, yellow rice from the pure rice, In acturally, you can choose it according to you.

⑧ Second rice grading.

⑨ Automatic pakcing scale, according to your requirment, you can pack in 10kg,25kg or 50kg per bags, or you can choose the vacuum packing .
